Join us to hear the work of poets Eric Parkison and Ellie O’Leary, live at the GWC.

D. Eric Parkison received his MA from the University of Rochester, and his MFA from Boston University. His chapbook, No Arcadia, was released in August of 2020. He is the recipient of a 2022 Massachusetts Cultural Council fellowship. He is director of programming at the Gloucester Writers Center and lives in Lynn, MA.

Ellie O’Leary, the new GWC Education Director, is the author of the poetry book Breathe Here and the memoir Up Home Again. She is the Poet Laureate of Amesbury and has an MFA in poetry from the Stonecoast program of the University of Southern Maine.
